E. SHIPMENTS
The shipment of the purchased items will take place on the working day following receipt of the order, while in the case of payment by advance bank transfer, on the working day following the crediting of the payment. The delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address that the Customer indicated when completing the order. Depending on the destination area, deliveries may take place within a period of time ranging from 2 to 10 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. For information on shipments with large quantities (over 100 kg) or to countries not included in the list of foreign countries, contact the Company directly at the following email address info@gattullo.it . to receive a personalized quote.
In order to guarantee timely delivery, it is advisable to indicate an address where the couriers will certainly find someone at the delivery, and a telephone number to be easily contacted.
The user acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his specific obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a card to certify the delivery attempt (so-called notice of passage). The card will indicate the telephone number that the user must contact to request that the courier make a subsequent delivery attempt.
The user may indicate an alternative shipping address to the billing address and specify whether it is a gift package.
GUD srl reserves the right to use other carriers and/or to use different delivery methods. In this case, the change will be specified during the purchase process.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the quantity of product purchased. They are calculated automatically and when placing the order you can check the exact amount directly in the virtual cart.
ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy start from €25 and vary based on the weight that will be calculated at the time of purchase.
Only for Italy, for orders over 200 € shipping costs will be free.
FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Transport costs to foreign countries vary based on the destination and weight of the product, and range from a minimum of €25 for 5 kg to a maximum of €130 for 100 kg.
The costs will be calculated automatically and you can check the exact amount directly in the virtual cart.
List of foreign countries: Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Monaco, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland.
For delivery to countries not included in the list, the Customer is requested to contact the company at info@gattullo.it to find out about feasibility, costs, times and shipping methods.
The goods must be checked upon delivery and any damage must be reported to the courier.

F. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206)
In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a notice via registered letter with return receipt to GUD srl with registered office in P.le di Porta Lodovica 2 20136 Milan, Italy, within 14 days of receiving the products purchased. The Customer is invited to send such notice in advance to the email address info@gattullo.it indicating the details of the purchase order. The products purchased must be returned to our office within 14 days of receiving them and subject to verification of the goods, the Company will refund the sums paid on the same means with which the payment was made as soon as possible, in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The returned products must reach the Company’s headquarters intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts, as received by the Customer. The return of the purchased products is the responsibility and expense of the Customer in accordance with art. 67, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.

G. APPLICABLE LAW
These Conditions of Sale and the sales contracts finalized through the website www.gattullo.it are governed by Italian law in accordance with the EEC directives (Legislative Decree 6/09/2005 n. 206 Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 9/04/2003 n. 70 – subsequent amendments and additions). The Customer releases GUD srl from any liability relating to malfunctions, interruptions of services and degradation of performance, whether or not these are due to causes of force majeure or fortuitous event, when they are not directly attributable to the Company itself due to its fraud or gross negligence. For any dispute on the interpretation of these conditions of sale and on the commercial relationships deriving from them between the Company and the Customer, the Court of Milan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
