Sun-dried Tomatoes

Gattullo’s sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil were born from Italian tomatoes, naturally dried under the sun and processed according to the traditional customs to preserve all the flavours and freshness. Excellent as aperitifs, as fillings or as a garnish for a delicious second course.

INGREDIENTS: Partially rehydrated Italian dried tomatoes 65%, extra virgin olive oil 35%, salt, wine vinegar (contains sulphites).
