Panettone

The "mother" of all panettoni - that is, the yeast-starter in its pure and natural state - is the heritage of very few pastry chefs. Gattullo is one of them. INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sultanas 16%, egg yolk, candied orange peels 11% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), glucose-fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, honey, barley malt, salt, vanilla powder. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
