Martin Sec Pears in Mulled Wine
The Martin Sec pear is a small, crunchy pear, typical of the hills of the Langa and Roero areas. It is perfect when cooked and eaten whole and pairs wonderfully with red wine. At Gattullo, we select the best Martin Sec pears from the sunny hills of the Roero area, the we process them by hand and put them in mulled wine.
