Ingredients

Panettone ingredients: WHEAT flour, sultanas 18%, EGG yolk, BUTTER, candied orange peel 9.3% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), cane sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glucose-fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, Madagascar vanilla pod powder, flavorings.
Covering ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (hydrogenated (palm, coconut, shea); cocoa butter), potato starch, corn starch, icing sugar, lemon, EGG white, emulsifier E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: E466 carboxymethylcellulose, E1414 modified starches (potato), ethyl alcohol, colors: E110 sunset yellow, E124 Ponceau 4R, E555 potassium aluminum silicate, E551 silicon dioxide, E172 iron oxide, E174 silver, E104 quinoline yellow.
